Time Flies

We've all heard the adage, "time flies when you are having fun"... this is no exception.  It's been more than four years since I started this blog (and by start, I mean, I wrote an initial blog and stopped).  However, I am in a different place now.  I still look for light, love and happiness in pretty much all I do; I am a different person now.  I live in a different place, physically and spiritually.

So, let's just start here.  I live in the United States near the Atlantic Ocean which is very nice.  If ever you are feeling overwhelmed or life has you exhausted, overstimulated or just stressed, go to the water.  Listen to the water.  Feel the breeze, take a deep breath ... and don't forget your favorite libation.  Yes, I know everyone advocates a "cleaner, healthier" lifestyle these days but honestly, drinking is not a BAD thing.  Everything in moderation is my motto ...  So far, so good ,,, just sayin'.

I find myself thinking some seriously random thoughts lately ...

What is the best pen to write with? Why can't I find one?
Why are people so worried about everything but themselves?  (So intrusive and rude.)
Do children really see spirits and ghosts? I'm opened minded, why can't I?
If I sleep less, will that mean I've gotten more out of my days on Earth?
Why can't I watch a movie and not feel guilty for not using my two hours toward something more useful?
Can babies self think? When and how does that happen?
Why do I hear things in my head in other people's voices?  Is God's voice really Morgan Freeman?
Do I have to like wine just because I'm a "grown" woman? Why can't I still drink vodka and not get the dirty looks? Why do I care?
Why are there so many labels? Limits?

and so many more...

Life is random.  Life is meant to be lived.
Live your life for we have one guaranteed ride at this life carnival.  Are you going to use all your tickets? or will you leave with tickets in your pocket thinking, "I wish I would have used these?"
